1. Terms of registration
- Registration is free and allows clients to access ‘s online services, as well as to request information on specific services. The trading company which provides all the services described on this website is
Qualitycom 2007, S.L., whose CIF number is B64332240, and henceforth referred to as “The COMPANY”.
- In order to register, the client must fill in the relevant form.
- Registration will provide the client with an Access Code (User ID and password), thus enabling he or she to access the client area of the website.
- Qualitycom 2007, S.L., in compliance with article 5 of Organic Law 15/1999, December 13th on the Protection of Personal Data, informs its client that the personal data he or she provides in the forms supplied for this end on qcs-sl.com ‘s website shall be included in a computer file of personal data, the ownership of which corresponds to this COMPANY, which is responsible for and sole keeper of the records drawn up with such data as well as the treatment given to said information, necessary for the purpose of managing the requests made by the User during navigation through our Website. The client may exercise his or her right of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition in compliance with the terms of the aforementioned Law by contacting the registered office of

In any case, Qualitycom 2007, S.L.
guarantees the client that the obligations regarding the use of his or her personal data established by Organic Law 15/1999, December 13th, on the Protection of Personal Data and by Royal Decree 994/1999, dated June 11th 1999, whereby the Rules on Security Measures for Computerized Files containing Personal Data were adopted, as well as other applicable codes which establish guarantees and precautionary measures in relation to the treatment of personal data, will be meticulously abided by.
In order to protect your privacy, said information shall be incorporated to Qualitycom 2007 S. L.’s file, resorting to technical and legal measures that guarantee privacy and integrity in the handling of your personal data.
2. Terms of registration for customized business services
- Registration is free and allows the client to request and receive information on specific services for businesses.
- In order to register and place his or her request, the client must fill in the relevant form.
3. QCS · Quality
Communication Services online service contract
In order to access online services, the client must register as such (see section 1 of this document)
3.1 Terms of online service contracts
- This service requires prior registration as a client. No online service orders will be accepted in the absence of this requirement.
- There are four modes of payment (see section 3.3 of this document). Payment by bank transfer requires sending of the draft slip. Requests will not be processed until said slip has been received either by fax or e-mail. For certain specific online services (permanent language consultancy) payment by direct debit is mandatory.
- Once the client’s request has been fulfilled, he or she will receive an invoice by e-mail for the service demanded.
- The language consultancy service involves a minimal initial fee of 10 euros, to be satisfied only once, on request of this service by the client. There are 5 or 10 query packs which the client may pay for via the prepayment system before requesting the service. In this way, the client acquires «query credit» which may be spent until exhausted, with no time limits whatsoever. Once the accumulated credit is exhausted the client may renew the query pack or change the mode of subscription. The initial fee does not have to be satisfied again.
- The online translation, editing, writing and rewriting services all carry an established word limit on the length of the submitted text, as well as a limit regarding the language combinations involved in the request. The maximum accepted length is 600 words where translation and editing services are concerned and 1000 words in the case of writing and rewriting services. The admitted languages are explained in detail in the preceding sections.
- The specific rates per word are covered in detail in the preceding sections, as well as the minimum rate to be satisfied in case the total sum resulting from the multiplication of rate/word by the number of the latter should be less than the established minimum rate.
- Should the client need to request more than one service or more than one language combination for the same request, the cost of each of these must be met separately.
- The maximum established time limit for fulfilling requests is 12 working hours. Our working hours are M.-Fr., from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Should a delay in delivery occur due to proven technical incidences related to the availability of computer services or telephone lines, or in relation to a reception deficiency on the part of the client, the COMPANY would be exempt from all liability. It is the client’s responsibility to provide complete contact details in order to ensure that requests be delivered by several possible means. If online delivery were to prove impossible, delivery via alternative means entailing extra expenses will be met by the client. Should the COMPANY fail to meet the deadline for other reasons, the client will be entitled to a refund of the previously paid fee.
- Should the client demand a service which is not included among the online services, said service will have to be requested through the customized service channels, likewise accessible via the website.

3.3 Features of each service

Language consultancy mailbox
This service offers the client the option of Spanish language consultations of any kind, be they orthographic, grammatical, normative, stylistic, pragmatic or semantic in nature. You will receive an accurate and well documented answer in keeping with present rules or the specific criteria that you, the client, may point out, within 12 working hours.
The cost of this service is detailed in the relevant form. There are several modes of payment, likewise detailed on the form:

Please note that payment must be made in advance. If the chosen procedure of payment is by bank transfer, the client must send the relevant draft slip by fax to number 93 396 20 96, o or by e-mail to suscripciones@qcs-sl.com.
Modes of subscription are detailed in the form. Choose the appropriate one. The permanent language consultancy is a mode which is exclusively for businesses. In this particular instance, the only accepted mode of payment is by direct debit.
- Translation mailbox for short texts
This service offers the client the translation of short texts up to 600 words long. The document will be translated exclusively by professionals unassisted by automatic translation programs. The client will receive the translated text in the specified language within 12 working hours. An additional request must be made should the client wish to have it translated into more than one language.
The cost of this service is detailed in the relevant form. There are several modes of payment, likewise detailed on the form:

This service offers the editing of short texts up to 600 words long. Orthographic, typographic and stylistic aspects are also taken into account and edited. The client will receive the edited text within 12 working hours.
The cost of this service is detailed in the relevant form. There are several modes of payment, likewise detailed on the form:

- Writing or rewriting mailbox for short texts
This service offers the client the writing or rewriting of texts up to 1000 words long. The client will receive the text within 12 working hours.
If the request is to have a text written for him or her, the client must specify the subject, type of text and outline of the main ideas he or she wishes to put forward, as well as the purpose of the message (who is it addressed to, what effect does it intend to elicit). These aspects will be taken into account during the writing process to ensure the message accomplishes its task with the maximum efficiency.
